Lost or Broken Items
All orders will be shipped with insurance. In the event of lost or broken
items, the customer will be responsible for filing the claim form and receiving reimbursement from the post office.

Bulk Discount Rates
Orders of over 12 glasses (same glass & same design) are subject
to bulk discount rates. Rates are 15% off for orders from $100-$200 and 20% off for orders over $200. Contact us
directly for a price quote.
Time Estimate For Order Completion
Almost all items are painted on demand, as opposed to being kept
in stock. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Contact us for shipping times for bulk orders, or if you need expedited shipping
on a regular order.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including
email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original date of sale either with a credit for future
purchases, or a monetary refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and insurance must be taken for
the value of the return shipment. If the shipment arrives broken, no refund is available. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
from the original retail cost, unless the customer opts to receive a credit for future purchases.
